Cancellations

Due to the nature of the products offered by Copper.gallery, we are unable to accept returns in most cases.

1.⁠ ⁠No Right of Withdrawal

According to Article 16(c) of EU Directive 2011/83/EC (transposed into Cyprus Law N.133(I)/2013), the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

“The supply of goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised.”

All artworks sold on Copper.gallery are considered custom, unique, or digital in nature, and are therefore non-refundable.

2.⁠ ⁠Order Cancellations

If your order has not yet entered production or been delivered digitally, you may request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase by emailing info@copper.gallery.

3.⁠ ⁠Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with photo evidence. In such cases, we will offer a suitable replacement or full refund.

4.⁠ ⁠Digital Products

All digital downloads are final and non-refundable once access is granted or the download begins.
