Silent Harbors

“Silent Harbors” is a series of etchings in which boats, drawn ashore and wrapped in canvas, become metaphors for waiting, memory, and stillness. Their massive hulls, propped up by fragile supports, resemble slumbering creatures — their journeys either long finished or yet to begin. These images are filled with quiet and anticipation, as if the sea still whispers to them from the horizon, and the air holds its breath in expectation of the next tide.
